Payment Terms: All charges for time spent by The Shameless Wolf on site and/or work performed at the offices of The Shameless Wolf must be paid at the completion of service. The Shameless Wolf does not provide billing services to clients.
Limitations of Liability: You agree to release and hold harmless The Shameless Wolf from any incidental or consequential material or financial damage or loss that may result from the actions of The Shameless Wolf. The Liability of The Shameless Wolf is strictly limited to those damages that are due to negligence on the part of The Shameless Wolf while performing service.
Labor Warranty: The Shameless Wolf guarantees services provided to you for 30 days from the date service provided. If there is a problem with the services for which The Shameless Wolf was hired to perform within 30 days, The Shameless Wolf will continue work on the system at no additional cost.
EULA: The Shameless Wolf may accept End User License Agreements on your behalf when installing software onto your computer systems.
Personal Data: You acknowledge that there is a risk of data loss, and are fully responsible for any backup, archiving, or protective storage as well as restoration if required, of any stored data. Please be sure any important data is backed up. Personal data can be backed up at your request for an additional fee.
Hardware and Software Exchange: All computer systems, parts, and software purchased through The Shameless Wolf are custom ordered. If a part or media ordered through The Shameless Wolf is found to be defective within 14 days of delivery, The item can be returned for exchange for an identical item. If that item is no longer available, it can be exchanged with a similar item of equal or greater value. please call or email immediately to make arrangements for exchange.
