On-Site Hourly Rate.....$64 per Hour
For all In-Home and On-Site Computer, Home Theater, and Networking Service.
Charged at $16 every 15 minutes. Half Hour Minimum
The Total PC Care Package.....$100
Get your computer diagnosed, repaired, tuned-up, and cleaned all for one flat labor charge. This includes removing all viruses and spyware, testing hardware, fixing issues, and even cleaning the dust out.
Basic Virus and Spyware Removal.....$70
Don't need the full Total PC Care Package, but you need to get that virus out? Then this is all you need. All Viruses and spyware will be removed.
Diagnosis.....$25
This includes the diagnosis and repair estimate. This fee is waived with any paid in-shop service.
Laptop Power Jack Replacement.....$100 tax included
The Shameless Wolf can replace the power jack on most laptops and notebooks. Charge includes $90 for labor, $9.41 for the part, and 59 cents for sales tax.
Operating System Reinstall or Update.....$80
The Shameless Wolf will reinstall or update your operating system. This includes installing all updates and drivers.
New Computer Setup.....$40
We install all the updates, optimize the system, and make sure it is secure from viruses and other threats.
Hardware or Software Installation/upgrade.....$40
Installation or upgrade of one hardware component or piece of software.
Data Backup.....$40
Personal Data is packed up to CD, DVD, or external hard drive.
Data Recovery.....$80
Recovery of files that were accidentally deleted. These will be stored to CD, DVD, or external hard drive. If no data is recoverable, there is no charge.
Pick-up & Drop-off.....$1 per mile
This fee is waived with any paid on-site service or within a 5 mile drive of Stoneham, MA.
Other Services.....$50 per Hour
Hourly charge for in-shop services not covered by the flat charge jobs above
