These are difficult times for everyone. With more people working from home, everyone is relying on their computer more than ever. But with social distancing in place, if something were to go wrong with your computer, it will be difficult to get a technician into your home to fix it. To help ease this problem, The Shameless Wolf is launching remote services.

Any computer, any location, Windows or Mac.  The Shameless Wolf can get your computer up and running fast and inexpensively.  Most issues can be fixed remotely.  If you can still connect to the Internet, and download a small program, The Shameless Wolf can help.

If it turns out to be something that can't be fixed remotely, such as a hardware problem, we can make special arrangements to drop off your computer, with curb side pickup at your car.  Call 781-368-3413 now to initiate a remote repair.​

How It Works

Follow these steps to initiate a remote support session

Residential
Up to 30 Minutes - $30
31 Minutes - 90 Minutes - $60
​Over 90 Minutes - $90

Business
Flat  rate - $60 Per Hour

1. Call Brian at 781-368-3413. If he is not available, leave a message, and he will call back shortly
2. You will be given a Session ID number to enter in the box below.  Once entered, click "Connect".
3. You will need to download a small program, then run it.
4. Once launched, the software will ask permission to allow remote connection.
5. When finished, close the remote connection, and the downloaded program will delete itself.
